We hope you love your Flairway Golf products but we understand that you may change your mind. We accept refunds and exchanges for 14 days from receipt of the goods at your address.

For limited time only, we now offer free shipping and free exchanges across Europe. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (perfectly clean and brand new). It must also be in the original packaging, with all the tags still attached and folded carefully to avoid wrinkles.

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns if the product is extremely wrinkly or has accumulated dirt (for example dust, makeup or hairs). In cases where the stains are easily removable, a cleaning fee of 10€ will be deducted from your refund.

For hygiene reasons, head wear and socks are non-returnable for a refund or an exchange. Gift cards/vouchers are non-returnable either.

The refund will be processed as soon as we receive and check the products. The refund only applies to the returned items. The original shipping costs won't be refunded and the purchaser will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs and any taxes or import duties associated with the return.
