We use tracked shipping for all our shipments so you always know where your package is. We also offer Express shipping worldwide. Express price will be calculated during the check-out process.
At the moment we cannot ship orders to PO boxes. Please use a different shipping address for your purchase.

Our warehouse usually ships within 1-2 business days after the receipt of your order. Please bear in mind that during special events, such as launches and sales, our warehouse team might need longer to process your order; if you need your order urgently, we recommend choosing Express Shipping at check-out.
TRANSIT TIMES
Estimated transit times depend on your delivery area:
- Spain: 1-2 business days
- Europe: 3-5 business days
- Rest of the world: 4-6 business days

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates - this can affect both standard and express shipments.
Customs Fees outside of European Union
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Spain - this means that, for orders going outside the EU, your country may charge additional import duties to receive your package. Please bear in mind that this is completely outside our control and covering these fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Customs legislation can vary depending on the destination country, so we cannot predict which amount will be required, unfortunately; we recommend customers do their due diligence and contact their local administration if they require more information.
Cancel or Change My Order
We can cancel or make changes to your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet - please reach out to us directly, as we will have to make any updates manually. Once an order is on the way, we cannot make any more changes.
Wrong/Incomplete Delivery and Contact Details
Delivery addresses and contact details are automatically registered as provided by the customer during check-out. Please remember to give complete and correct information to ensure that your order gets delivered correctly, as these will be the details provided to the carrier as well. If the delivery fails due to incomplete or incorrect information, it will be the responsibility of the customer to cover any related costs.
Failed Delivery
Delivery of an order can fail due to a number of causes outside ours or the carrier’s control:
- Incomplete/incorrect delivery address
- Customer not available after all delivery attempts are made
- Failure to collect a package from a pick-up point
- Unable to contact customer to finalize import proceedings
- Customer rejects the delivery
Please bear in mind that fixed fees will apply to packages returned to us for the reasons mentioned above and will be deducted from the final refund. These fees are intended to cover the additional costs of return shipping, packaging, and handling:

Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your golf clothes order on our website or through the carrier’s tracking system for real-time updates on your shipment.

Exchange & Returns
We hope you love your Flairway Golf products but we understand that you may change your mind. We accept refunds and exchanges for 14 days from receipt of the goods at your address.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (perfectly clean and brand new). It must also be in the original packaging, with all the tags still attached and folded carefully to avoid wrinkles.
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns if the product is extremely wrinkly or has accumulated dirt (for example dust, makeup or hairs). In cases where the stains are easily removable, a cleaning fee of 10€ will be deducted from your refund.
For hygiene reasons, head wear and socks are non-returnable for a refund or an exchange. Gift cards/vouchers are non-returnable either.

Items Purchased with a Discount
Please note: all sale items purchased with a 50% or higher discount will be final sale and are non-returnable/ non-exchangeable/ non-refundable. Any items purchased with a discount lower than 50% can only be exchanged for a different size or colour.
Extended Return Period Over the Holidays
Orders placed between 27/11/2025 and 31/12/2025 will be eligible for returns or exchanges until 15/01/2026. All other usual conditions remain the same.
My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via info@flairwaygolf.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How to wash and care for the items
Due to the soft nature of our activewear, we highly recommend avoiding abrasive surfaces and following washing instructions:
- Machine wash inside-out in cold water on a delicate cycle
- Do not use fabric softener
- Do not wring excess water
- Air dry only (do not tumble dry) .
- Do not soak for long periods in water.
- Strictly washing with similar colours. Light colours can be prone to changing colour if washed with dark or bright colours.

Flairway Golf products are designed in Madrid, Spain with suppliers/manufacturers located in both the PRC and Vietnam.
We have signed contract agreements in place requiring them to operate under ethical terms. This ensures fair and safe working conditions.
